PVC Lining Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe
PVC Lining Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe is a technology improvement product of PCCP, the inner PVC lining anticorrosion piece is mainly made of polyvinyl chloride, additionally with other modified materials to be extrusion molded under high temperature and high pressure. At present, the PVC piece we use is from Taiwan, which can be classified as T type and rhombus type(as shown below). T type structure applies to vertical vibrant and core mould vibrant moulding techniques, and rhombus type structure applies to centrifuge and core mould vibrant moulding techniques. This pipe is mainly used for transferring sea water, municipal sewage, industrial waste water and corrosive chemical materials, such as strong acid and alkali.
PVC anticorrosion piece is generally coiled material, the depth is required to be no less than 1.5mm. It’s produced and tested according to Polyvinyl Chloride Anticorrosion Lining Piece CNS13781, K3112 standard in Taiwan, and tested by Guangdong Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Lining Modified Polyvinyl Chloride Sewer Pipeline Engineering Technology Regulation DBJ15-53-2007 standard in Chinese Mainland.
Reinforced Concrete Lining Modified Polyvinyl Chloride Sewer Pipe (hereinafter referred to as PVC Lining Pipe), inherits the advantages of traditional Reinforced Concrete Sewer Pipe, such as economical and practical, easy installation, good stiffness etc. Besides, it also has good anticorrosion function and smaller flow resistance.
